Hapeville, Georgia is about to receive a new housing development that is expected to be completed in the early months of 2023. South City Partners have selected McShane Construction Company to begin construction on new apartment complexes designed for families.
It will be located between the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport and just outside of the downtown area. This provides a great location for people who are looking for a quick commute to work.
The new construction site encompasses over eight acres with seven buildings for residents and additional amenities such as a club house, fitness center, and courtyard. The newly constructed complex will incorporate stainless steel appliances and shaker-style cabinets. The exterior will be coated in a darker color pattern with bronze vinyl windows and storefront. It will also have a brick veneer to give it a modern and classic look to the new design.
