The Fashionable Attendees

One of the best things about Le Diner en Blanc is that it gives people a chance to really showcase their sense of style. Whether guests are opting for a classic look or something more avant-garde, there's sure to be an outfit that catches your eye. This year's dinner did not disappoint with attendees donning everything from sequined dresses to flowing white gowns and tutus!

The Enticing  Menu

Le Diner en Blanc gives guests the opportunity to showcase their culinary gifts such as crafting custom charcutier boards and delectable desserts as well creating a fine dining experience for everyone who attends.  The champagne and wine does did not disappoint as it was flowing endlessly throughout the night.

As soon as guests arrived, they began decorating their tables with fine linens, elaborate decorations and fresh flowers all while greeting their friends and family with glasses of champagne and wine. We had the chance to mingle and take photos before finding our seats in the sea of people dressed in white. At dinner, guests were treated to a lavish four-course meal complete with wine pairings. The meal started with a beet carpaccio salad with goat cheese mousse, followed by pan-seared scallops with roasted Brussels sprouts. For the main course, guests had the choice of prime New York strip steak or blackened mahi mahi, both of which were served with potatoes au gratin and asparagus. To finish off the meal on a sweet note, dessert consisted of dark chocolate truffles and raspberry macarons. After dinner, guest danced the night away with hit music from DJ Grace.
