2 Chainz Throws Fentanyl-Free Birthday Party

Fentanyl related deaths have been on the rise across the nation during the past few years and 2 Chainz birthday party was an emphasis on how the nation has lost some amazing people due to fentanyl. The rapper, who is turning 44, threw a birthday party with the theme “no fent.”

The party was celebrated in the hub of Atlanta at the Members Only Lounge and featured close family and friends. The “no fent” theme was likely not without drugs entirely as 2 Chainz was shown posting on his Instagram what appeared to be psilocybin mushrooms for the party theme– however, he did make mention of the mushrooms that “no fent” was the theme. The only thing people and his fish groovy, overdosed on was a psychodelic good time.

Recently, Michael K. Williams was found dead in his apartment, and it was suspected that drugs were involved. Currently, heroin is believed to be the main suspect, but toxicology reports are awaiting to see if fentanyl was involved. Other recent fentanyl related deaths include comedians Fuquan Johnson, Rico Angeli, and Natalie Williamson. All three of them passed away from fentanyl overdoses in Venice, California.

2 Chainz’s “no fent” theme is a good awakening for people to realize the deadly nature that fentanyl has had on our society and the accidental deaths of good people, friends, and family.
